Medical Female Luer Lock Connector
A medical Luer lock connector is a basic yet important plastic component for infusion set, transfusion set, iv extension line and other infusion system. It serves as a connector that connects needle/ catheter / syringe / indwelling needle to tubing.
A luer lock connector set consists of a male luer connector and a female luer connector. Its’ stable connection is achieved by screwing the female luer fitting with an external thread onto the male luer fitting with an internal thread, which is more stable and easier to be detached without compromising the connectors’ sealing property than luer slip fittings tightened depend on 6% taper.
