A Luer lock syringe barrel is a syringe barrel with a standard Luer connector at the front end. Compared to a Luer slip connector, connecting needles or catheters via the luer connector is more secure, effectively preventing detachment and leakage. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring high-pressure infusion, such as when used with an infusion pump (micro-pump).
